Reclaim Your Ground is an AI-assisted reflection tool that helps users make sense of interpersonal situations they describe — highlighting possible patterns and helping them consider how to respond. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide diagnoses, verdicts, or determinations about any person, and it is not a substitute for professional judgment.
Reclaim Your Ground is not a licensed mental health service, therapist, counsellor, or medical provider. The analysis provided does not constitute professional advice of any kind. You should always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional for concerns about your mental health, safety, or relationships.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using Reclaim Your Ground, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Your conversation inputs are processed in real time and are not stored, retained, or logged after your session ends. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law or to process payments through our payment provider (Whop).
Reclaim Your Ground may be offered with a 7-day free trial. If you start a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged at the rate displayed at the time of sign-up. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly ($14/month) or annual ($120/year) basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription or trial at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period (or, during a trial, prevents the first charge). No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider.
The analysis provided by Reclaim Your Ground is based solely on the information you provide and is generated by an AI system. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the analysis provided.
You agree not to use the Service to harm, defame, or make false accusations against any individual. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Reclaim Your Ground and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
