We collect only what is necessary to provide the Service. This includes your email address and payment information (processed securely by our payment provider), and your subscription status. We do not collect or store the content of your analyses.
Your conversation inputs — the situations you describe, conversations you paste, or voice recordings — are processed in real time and are never stored, logged, retained, or associated with your account. Once your session ends, this data is gone.
Your email and account data are used solely to manage your subscription and provide access to the Service. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.
We use Whop for payment processing and subscription management. Whop has its own privacy policy which governs the data they collect. We use Anthropic's API to power the analysis — your inputs are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. We use Netlify to host the Service.
We take reasonable measures to protect your account data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to share sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the analysis.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@reclaimyourground.com. As we do not store conversation content, there is no conversation data to delete.
This Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
